TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

In all regions where NEOgás is present, there is a TA and maintenance team available 24x7 to answer emergency calls, as well as to perform the preventive maintenances in order to keep a continuous operation of the equipment. It is continuously monitored by the customer, who receives a report on the maintenances held at the end of the work.

NEOgás basis are equipped with tools, vehicle replacement parts and 24h phones for all kinds of emergency.
